KES POPI POLICY
The inaugural Old Boys Internship Programme kicked off in February this year, placing 25 talented matriculants from the 2024 class into companies across the Old Boys Network. Many of these young people were facing a tough road ahead, with limited access to tertiary education and few job prospects.
Six months later, the results speak for themselves. Sixteen interns secured permanent employment, having proven their dedication, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in the workplace. Every cost, from stipends to online training, was fully covered by the Sir Percy Hunting Foundation. The programme has been nothing short of a triumph.
Now we’re gearing up for 2026 and we need you. We are looking for organisations within the Old Boys Network willing to host an intern, selected from the matric class of 2025 and endorsed by the headmaster, for a six-month placement starting March 2026.
All costs are covered by the Sir Percy Hunting Foundation, and there’s no obligation beyond the six-month period. By taking part, you’re not just giving a young person a chance. You’re shaping the future, unlocking potential, and making a real difference. We will be most grateful to have your support.
